Meet Patty Caperon

Patty Caperon was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and later moved to Boise Idaho. Patty and her husband moved to Lake Havasu due to his transfer to the Parker Dam facility. While in Boise, Patty was a full time REALTOR®; at Coldwell Banker and received many awards for her efforts.

When Patty and husband Todd moved to Lake Havasu, her focus was to re-enter the real estate profession as a full-time REALTOR® in her new city. In 2011 Patty obtained her real estate sales license from the Arizona Department of Real Estate and joined the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Lake Havasu. Patty attends the weekly MLS meetings and most of the home tours in an effort to stay well informed as to local market trends.
